If you want to know what a product looks like, we can email you pictures of the requested products. All the Glass Mosaics you see on our website are in loose stock and are custom-made. We are committed to providing all our customers with the most cost effective and prompt shipping service available. You will be charged the actual factory-to-customer shipping fee, unless you prefer to provide us with a shipper of your choice.

All our shipping rates are estimates and we will always charge the lowest rate available.

                                                     RETURNS

All changes and cancellations must be done within 24 hours after you placed your order. All our customers' orders are processed in the strictest confidence and in conformity with privacy regulations.

To avoid returns please feel free to request a sample of the material (12x12” full sheet is $15.00 plus shipping).

Our service commitment-

All glass mosaics are custom made, so please allow 7-12 business days  for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

Marble mosaics are in stock, so please allow 2-3 business days for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

Lead time will be provided as soon as the payment has been received.

All mosaics are in stock however if your item is out of stock you will be notified when the item is back in stock , so that you may replace your order.
